1. Your refund window

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with a purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. You do not need to justify the decision or explain which feature disappointed you.

This applies to the Full Cloud Audit and to any other paid Twinly feature.

2. How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net and use the order confirmation you received by email, or contact our support team at support@twinly.cloud with the email address used for your Twinly account and the date of the purchase.

You do not need to sign in to Twinly, uninstall the app, or explain your reasons in order to request a refund. We confirm receipt and pass the request to Paddle.

3. How refunds are processed

Paddle returns the payment to the original card or payment method and issues the refund on your order. How long the credit takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer, not on Twinly. Paddle’s own refund policy is available at https://www.paddle.com/legal/refund-policy.

If your request arrives after the refund window, contact us anyway and describe the problem, and we will consider it on its merits.

4. What a refund means for your audit

If you are refunded for the Full Cloud Audit, the audit feature is withdrawn from your account. A cleanup list you already downloaded is yours and is not affected, because Twinly does not store your audit results. To unlock the audit again you would need to purchase it again.

A refund does not delete your Twinly account, your saved scan metadata, or any photo on your phone or in Google Photos. To delete your account, email support@twinly.cloud with “Delete my Twinly account.”
